This website (Kinky Cakes /kinkycakes.instadukan.com) is managed by and runs on Instadukan web services platfrom.
Instadukan onboards sellers of highest quality to ensure minimum fraud and refund requests.
Eligibility for refunds
Goods and services (on Instadukan or one of it's associated websites including but not limited to Kinky Cakes ) once purchased will not be eligible for refund 2 days after safe delivery (D+2).
Eligibility for full refund
Physical or digital products and services sold will be eligible for full refund if purchased goods/product/service is not delivered.
Eligibility for partial refund
A partial refund upto 70% will be applicable in case the delivered product/service is damaged and a replacement product/service of same/similar value is not safely provided.
Eligibility for cancellation
Cancellation of orders is processed on a case to case basis. Cancellation of order is applicable within 30 minutes of successfully placing the order.

In case of a dispute, please write to priority@instadukan.com for priority on-demand support.
